Overview

The Eagle E200 AGVs are the ideal solution for interfacing with your company's existing wire cart roller shelves, commonly used throughout the light manufacturing industries, providing low cost automation of manual cart transport operations. The Eagle E200 is capable of carrying loads up to 125 lbs. with a towing capacity of 250 lbs.

A dual drive unit allows for a great deal of flexibility in movement and speed. The dual wheel suspension keeps the drive wheel in contact with the floor at all times. All wheels feature have thick polyurethane tread for long life and noiseless operation. Electromechanical brakes are included as an integral part of the permanent magnet motor and sealed gearbox assembly.

Each Eagle E200 is equipped with a 12-volt battery power source. Vehicle mounted slowdown sensors monitor obstructions while the vehicle is in motion. Additional safety sensors come standard on all our AGVs, ensuring a safe working environment for plant personnel.

  • Swing Open Cover Provides Ease of Access to the Drive Assembly and All Electrical Components.
  • All necessary AGV Control Functions are Built into Front and Side Foot-activated Switches.
  • Shelf Carts are Easily Coupled by an Operator Merely Positioning the Cart Over the AGV. The Cart is Uncoupled by the Operator Actuating the foot Release Plate.
  • Pushing the Foot "Manual Mode" Pedal Lifts the AGV's Dual Drive Wheels off the Floor, Allowing Omni-directional Operator Movement of the Shelf-cart AGV in the Work Cell.
  • Releasing the Foot Pedal after Positioning the AGV toward the Guidepath and Actuating the Start Kick Plate Places the Vehicle in "Automatic Mode" and it Travels up to 20 Feet to Intersect and then Follow the Path to the Next Programmed Destination.
  • Optional Attachments such as Trailer Hitches, Towing Carts, Integrated Cart Couplers and Auto-charging are Available for the Eagle E200.
