Designed for Roll Handling Applications. The Falcon F150 Roll Clamp Automated Guided Vehicle can transport loads up to 84 inches in diameter, lifting them to heights of 288 inches off the floor, with a Load capacity of 3,000 lbs. The clamp can also handle more than one roll stacked on top of one another.

The AGVS bidirectional single drive unit allows for a great deal of flexibility in movement and speed. The single wheel suspension keeps the drive wheel in contact with the floor at all times. All wheels feature extra thick polyurethane tread for long life and quite operation. Electromechanical brakes are included as an integral part of the permanent magnet motor and sealed gearbox assembly.

Each Roll Handling AGV is equipped with a 48-volt battery power source, which is sized for more than a full shift of operation. Vehicle object detection sensors reduce vehicle speed and stop vehicle travel when an obstruction is in the travel path of the vehicle. This laser bumper safety protection technology - along with additional safety sensors - comes standard on all our AGVs ensuring a safe working environment for plant personnel.
