These automated guided vehicles can be purchased from Corecon’s stock which was obtained through the buy back program. This line should be considered when the customer cannot justify the expense of a new vehicle but still wants the many benefits of an AGV system. Several levels of rebuild are offered to meet your budget.
R301 Hight Lift Automated Guided Vehicle
Designed for high lift applications such as warehousing and rack storage. The Patriot P301 HighLift Autonomous Guided Vehicle utilizes a hydraulic mast capable of reaching heights of up to 17 1/2 feet. The Patriot P301 AGV requires only a minimum amount of maintenance to keep them clean and looking new.
R303 Low Lift Automated Guided Vehicle
Designed for heavy load applications, this Reconditioned Automated Electric Forklift is capable of lifting loads up to 6,600 Lbs. to heights of up to 118.”
R305 Platform AGV with Lift
Designed for applications requiring a lifting platform ideal for product assembly or parts delivery operations. The R305 Automated Guided Vehicle is capable of lifting loads up to 1,000 lbs with selectable lifting positions suitable for plant assembly personnel. The Reconditioned R305 AGV can accommodate special tooling required for a customer’s specific application.
R305 Small Assembly AGV with Lift
Designed for applications requiring a lifting platform ideal for product assembly operations. The Reconditioned R305 AGV can accommodate special tooling required for a customer's specific application.
R305 Tugger Automated Guided Vehicles
Designed for applications requiring automatic assembly, or delivery of parts within a manufacturing or production facility, the R305 tugger AGV is ideal for towing single or multiple carts, to pick up and deliver parts to various points within a facility or to integrate with assembly workstations. This AGV can tow 3000lbs and includes an integrated hitch for automatic decoupling of the tow cart.
R320 Conveyor Automated Guided Vehicle
Designed for efficient load transfers to conveyors and flow thru racks. The R320 is equipped with a powered roller deck capable of handling loads up to 4,000 lbs.
