Reconditioned Systems

These vehicles can be purchased from Corecon’s stock which was obtained through the buy back program. This line should be considered when the customer cannot justify the expense of a new vehicle but still wants the many benefits of an AGV system. Several levels of rebuild are offered to meet your budget.

R301 Hight Lift Rear Load

Designed for high lift applications such as warehousing and rack storage. The Patriot P301 HighLift Autonomous Guided Vehicle utilizes a hydraulic mast capable of reaching heights of up to 17 1/2 feet. The Patriot P301 AGV requires only a minimum amount of maintenance to keep them clean and looking new.


R303 Low Lift Rear Load

Designed for efficient load transfers of heavy loads. The Patriot P350 is equipped with a powered chain conveyor capable of handling loads up to 20,000 lbs. The chain conveyor also has a vertical lift stoke of 7/8” for accurate pickup and delivery operations.


R305 Small Assembly with Lift

Designed for applications requiring a lifting platform ideal for product assembly operations. The Reconditioned R305 Automated Guided Vehicle is capable of lifting loads up to 1,000 lbs. with selectable lifting positions suitable for plant assembly personnel. The Reconditioned R305 AGV can accommodate special tooling required for a customer's specific application.


R330 Low Lift Rear Load

Designed for heavy load applications, the Reconditioned R330 is capable of lifting loads up to 8,000 Lbs.


R340 High Lift Side Loader

Corecon’s forklift AGVs can be fitted with our rotating fork box grab unit combining both palletizing and normal pallet pickup operations in one unit. With the forks rotated 90 degrees vertically the forks automatically shift in to act as a box clamp. With the forks in the normal horizontal position they act as a normal pallet handling forks.
