The rebuild process includes completely disassembling the vehicle and inspecting all the parts. Worn and damaged parts such as lift rollers and electrical wiring are replaced along with the drive and idle wheels. The drive gearbox and motor are completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. All the bearings, seals and motor brushes are replaced. The motor commutator is refinished and the rotor is inspected and checked for shorts. The drive is assembled with the new and repaired parts, and the lubrication is added and the drive is tested. The AGV frame is painted and the AGV is assembled and fully tested on the Corecon test track.
